Accessibility Statement

Land Equity wants everyone to be able to browse land listings and create an account, regardless of how they use the web. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've built in

  • Semantic headings and landmarks, with a skip link to the main content.
  • Keyboard access to every interactive control, with visible focus indicators.
  • Labels, required-field indicators and error messages announced to screen readers.
  • Descriptive alternative text on property imagery.
  • Colour contrast targets of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. If a map prevents you from getting parcel information, contact us and we will provide the same information in another format.
