Buyer accounts are free. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Listing information — including acreage, boundaries, dimensions, zoning, permitted use, utilities, road access, taxes, assessments and any maps or imagery — is provided for general information and is believed accurate but is not warranted. Maps and imagery are for reference and are not surveys. You are responsible for independently verifying all information and for your own due diligence before purchase.

Availability, price and status are subject to change without notice, and a listing does not constitute a binding offer. Any sale is subject to a written purchase agreement.

Financing figures shown on a listing are illustrative and are not a commitment, pre-approval or offer of credit. All amounts, terms and fees are subject to a signed written agreement with Land Equity Capital.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or investment product, and nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice. We publish no return projections or performance guarantees. Real estate involves risk, including loss of principal.

Land Equity Alerts is a text messaging program operated by LAND EQUITY, LLC (Land Equity). You can join by checking one or both of the optional text message boxes on our account sign-up form and providing your mobile number.

Service texts. If you separately consent to service-related texts, we may send property details you request, responses to your inquiries, and account or transaction-related updates.

Marketing texts. If you separately consent to marketing texts, we may send recurring messages about new listings and property opportunities.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of creating an account.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us.

You can update your text message choices on our sign-up form or in your account preferences. If you previously replied STOP, updating the form alone does not restart messages: you must also text START to the same number you opted out from before any eligible texts can resume.

You agree not to scrape, copy or redistribute listing content in bulk, to interfere with the site's operation or security, to submit false information, or to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The site, its content, branding and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
