• Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, the state and city or market you're interested in, your password, messages you send us, and the communication preferences you select.
• Activity information. Properties you view, save and inquire about, and the searches you run.
• Technical and attribution information. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website, and campaign parameters (such as UTM values) recorded when you first arrive.

• To create and maintain your buyer account and unlock property details.
• To respond to your inquiries about specific parcels and about financing.
• To record the markets you're interested in so we can share relevant listings.
• To send service-related messages, and marketing messages where you opted in.
• To operate, secure, measure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Service-related text messages, marketing text messages and email marketing are three separate opt-in choices. None are pre-selected, and none are a condition of purchase. We record what you consented to, when, the wording shown to you, and the page you were on.

• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email.

Text message consent and mobile numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information with service providers who operate the site on our behalf — hosting, database, email and text-message delivery, customer relationship management, and analytics — under agreements limiting their use of it. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics events we record are filtered so they do not carry your name, email address, phone number or password.

Access to buyer data is restricted by database-level row security so each account can only read its own records, and passwords are handled by our authentication provider rather than stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it changed, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
